Where does this store ship from?

Our store ships from beautiful Ontario, Canada just north of the city of Toronto.

What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. However if you are seriously displeased – email us. We will fix it!

Do you accept orders placed outside Canada?

We sure do! Orders outside of Canada and are subject to your local standard postal rates. Our packages are all “oversized mail” and can fit through a standard slot. See your local postal rates when you checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 12 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service/how far you live from the distribution centre. Kits are sent out the first Tuesday of each month….meaning orders placed mid July will be sent out the first Tuesday of August.

What kind of projects can I look forward to receiving?

It’s a surprise silly! Knowing that kids like surprises more than Moms, we can tell you they include projects like: DIY banners, flower wreaths, jewelry making, card making, cake toppers, napkin rings are more. Check out our past projects library for images.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Our website uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. In addition and for your convenience, you can enter your credit card information directly on our website, which is secured by a 128-bit encryption SSL certifacte for the utmost security.

Because of this, The Doodle Post store has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as large corporate websites. If you are more comfortable, you can e-transfer payments to subscriptions@thedoodlepost.com.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or at subscriptions@thedoodlepost.com

I want to ship the kits to me, but the recipient doesn’t live here. Can I do that?

Canada Post will not ship to an address where the recipient is not registered. Yes, even a minor!!  If you plan to do this, please make sure to indiacte “c/o YOUR NAME” in the shipping address so Canada Post delivers it.
